Coffee Cup Cake

- 2 tbsps. Pillsbury BEST™ Self Rising Flour
- 2 tbsps. sugar
- 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. French Vanilla flavored coffee, pre-made
- 1 tbsp. cream
- 1 tbsp. Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
- 2 tbsps. chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
- 4 tbsps. Smucker's® Seedless Strawberry Jam
- ADD all ingredients except chocolate chips to microwave-safe coffee cup. Whisk with fork.
- STIR in chocolate chips. Microwave 45 to 60 seconds, depending on desired doneness or texture.
- TOP with whipped cream and jam.
